Champions Online will be available for preorder through a number of outlets, but recently the details of the digital download option through Direct2Drive was released. By preordering from Direct2Drive, players will receive guaranteed access to Fileplanet's open beta and an exclusive costume piece: the Mechanoppendage Backpack.
