City of Heroes revealed more details about the upcoming Issue 24: Resurgence update earlier this week, and this weekend players have the chance to get ready for the new update with double XP. Starting Friday, August 10th, City of Heroes will kick off a Double XP Weekend that will off twice the XP for finishing missions, collecting badges and defeating enemies. So grab your favorite caffeinated beverage and get ready for a weekend of grinding.
Following the conclusion of this weekends event, get ready for Captain Mako Week starting on August 13th.
