City of Heroes Launches Issues 21: Media Blitz

<p><em>City of Heroes</em> gets new Incarnate Trials and a dose of new content with the launch of <em>Issue: 21 Media Blitz</em>.

Issue 21: Media Blitz has officially gone live for City of Heroes.  Today the new update adds two new Incarnate Trials, new Incarnate abilities and expands on the story.
