City of Heroes celebrates its 8th anniversary this month and Paragon Studios is giving the gift of respec to all players to celebrate the milestone. On April 24th, City of Heroes players will find a free Respec Token waiting for them on each character. Be advised that this will not stack with previous free Respec Tokens, so if you have one lying around, now is a good time to use it.
