Does the DC Universe Online (Offline?) downtime have you down? If you have an inactive City of Heroes account, the devs are giving you a chance to come back for a week and enjoy all the latest content for free. From now through next Wednesday, all past accounts have been reactivated and players can return to aid Paragon City with its fight against crime, or try to conquer it if you're a villain. In addition to the reactivation period, Global Server Access is now live and will allow players from all over to join the fight together.
