I've revamped the City Writ Guide to make it easier to navigate. There is lots more content to add, but I felt I needed to get this update posted!
- Added Level 20-24 and Level 25-29 Qeynos City Writs
- Revamped the layout of the guide
- Small updates to Level 10-14 Freeport City Writs [thanks Dariell]
