Issue 9: Breakthrough Released
The official site for City of Heroes has the announcement posted that Issue 9 has gone live!
We are thrilled to announce the release of Issue 9: Breakthrough, for City of Heroes and City of Villains!
Breakthrough is the ninth free expansion to City of Heroes since its release in April 2004. Issue 9 adds a whole new layer of game play to City of Heroes and City of Villains with the introduction of the highly-anticipated Invention System.
