Bad news for Dawntide fans today. Developer Working as Intended is not working as intended today as it had hoped. Last year the developer ran into financial difficulties, but a later post indicated that a new source of funding had been found and that work on the game continued as indicated by the world redesign plans. Unfortunately, whatever source there was doesnt seem to be there now. According to todays post, development of Dawntide is now on hiatus due to a lack of funding. The team is hopeful that new investors can be found, but for now, the future of Dawntide remains uncertain.
