DCUO Tides of War Event Launches Today with GU16

<p>The impending Atlantean civil war between Aquaman and Ocean Lord spills over into <em>DCUO</em> today with the arrival of <em>GU16</em>.

DC Universe Online’s (DCUO) Game Update 16 (GU16) deployed earlier today and the new Tides of War summer event is now underway. The new event will task players with choosing a side and aiding either Aquaman or Ocean Lord in their task to obtain the Atlantean crown.

In addition to the new event, GU16 also brings new vault items, Alert and Duo changes, several bug fixes and other game tweaks. Patch notes for GU16 are available on the DCUO forums.
