Do Nihilum Kills Count as “First”?

Today I want to take a quick look at the European super guild Nihilum. Who has been on a tear recently with a ton of world fist kills that include almost every boss in the Black Temple and the Battle of Hyjal. The legitimacy of the status of “first” kill though has been brought into question by many players since it has been insinuated in the past that Nihilum “buys” gold.
