Today is update day for EverQuest II and SOE has a patch choked full of new content and changes for players. Dungeons and overland loot items have been freshly re-itemized to ensure appropriate level gear drops where it should and reward a little exploration. But the juicy parts of the update are more content-filled. The Velious saga has been extended and will now take players to the Plane of War with a new dungeon and raid that continues the Signature quest line.
The update also includes new dynamically-scaling dungeons, a new House Rating system, a YouTube video link up to allow quick uploaded videos in-game and much more. For all the details, check out the update overview page and official patch notes.
