SOE launched the latest update for EverQuest II (EQII) today with Game Update 66: Scars of the Awakened. The latest update unites the armies of Norrath under the Combine banner as they march deeper into Velious and that means more new areas to explore. Included in GU66 is the new overland zone of Cobalt Scar complete with new story quests, the new dungeon of Sirens Grotto with solo, group, and raid challenges, new tradeskills, class tweaks, PvP changes, and more.
