Sony Online Entertainment has added a new mercenary payment option to its EverQuest marketplace. For a payment of Bayle Marks purchased with Station Coins (SC), players can purchase the service of an in-game mercenary to aid them in battle. Mercenaries are not directly controllable, but they provide extra muscle for players in PvE encounters. Bayle Marks are available from the Station Store in different quantities: 20 Marks - 100 SC, 110 Marks - 500 SC, 230 Marks - 1000 SC.
