Due to the increased number of calls from their anti-hacker / gold seller action the other day, Blizzard is keeping their phones on longer over the weekend.
Due to the volume of calls received regarding compromised accounts, the Billing and Account Services department will continue phone support on Saturday (10/8) and Sunday (10/9) until 9PM PDT. Please be patient when trying to connect, as we are assisting as many customers as possible in an orderly fashion.
