Blizzard announced today that they will be extending their support hours, effective immediately, as per the following announcement.

Effective immediately, Blizzard Entertainment's Technical Support and Billing & Account Services departments are moving to a new and expanded support schedule. Our new hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm Pacific Time
