Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Launch Set for August 27th

<p>Square Enix has set the date for the return of <em>Final Fantasy XIV</em> and announced pre-order details for PC and PlayStation 3.</p>

It’s official. Square Enix today announced that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (FFXIV) will officially launch simultaneously for PC and the PlayStation 3 on August 27th, 2013. Along with the launch announcement, Square Enix also revealed details for pre-orders, which include both a Standard and Collector’s Edition and other incentives.

PREORDER INCENTIVES

Early Access: Access the game servers ahead of the official launch. Get your head start and make your mark in the realm of Eorzea! Cait Sith Doll Minion: On sabbatical from Shinra Inc. and looking for adventure, Cait Sith will join your party as a non-combat pet. Mog Cap: Show your love of FINAL FANTASY and strut around the world of Eorzea in this Moogle themed hat. Kupo!

COLLECTOR’S EDITION



The FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector’s Edition will include:
