If you've never gotten the chance to try out Firefall, this weekend is the perfect time to do so.
All players will receive a 25% XP boost all weekend long
The boost starts Friday, April 17 through Monday, April 20th.
The boost is good for all battleframes and usually stacks on top of any other active XP boosts you might have (daily login or consumables).
This game has seen some significant iteration and revisions since it's early access days a couple years ago. I went down to Red 5 Studios just before the game released last summer and had a blast playing it. I've leveled up a few battleframes and find the combat and missions to be quite compelling.
There are some unique high-end raid-style bosses to fight, and the linear side missions feel very similar to the episodic type levels in a game like Halo.
I'm a personal fan of the Nighthawk battleframe myself (an advanced version of the basic Recon battleframe).
