The folks at OGaming know Dungeons & Dragons Online:Stormreach (DDO) players are a little confused about all of the special rewards offered by Turbine for purchase of DDO. Who gets what? When do we get it? Ogaming has put together a comprehensive list to sort out the details:

+1 AC Amulet - You get this item from entering in a "Headstart" Pre-order code. This is the same code that was won during the contest we ran.

Boots of Running - You get the boots of Running by buying the Limited Edition, or some call it the "Collector's Edition" of the game.
