Even Norwegians go to Arizona in the winter.

I'm guessing the crew of Funcom was looking for better ways to distribute content and escape the long wintry nights in Oslo and decided that Solid State Networks located in Tempe, Arizona was a perfect fit. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Solid State uses BitTorrent in its secure peer-to-peer distribution and has provided the services for Funcom since April.

In the press release from Funcom, Solid State provided the facilities for over 100,000 downloads of the Early Access program for Age of Conan in a matter of days. Solid State also supports Anarchy Online downloads as well.
