DUST 514s Uprising 1.4 update is set to bring the first outpost designed to match a surface infrastructure to the game with the new Gallente Research Facility. CCP recently posted a new developer blog showcasing the facilitys design, art, and fashioning after tech used by the Gallente faction. The lab will replace communication outposts currently in use with surface labs.
