GNi Acquires Online Game Services Inc.
In a press release we learned today that Global Netoptex, Inc. (GNi),has aquired Online Game Services, Inc. (OGSi).
Global Netoptex, Inc. (GNi), a leading provider of customer-centric managed hosting services, today announced it has acquired long-term partner Online Game Services, Inc. (OGSi) in a deal valued in excess of $3 million. The move strengthens the ability of both companies to provide compelling "pay-as-you-grow" game hosting solutions to the online games industry.
