IGG has announced a new map for its MMOG, GodsWar Online. The Tragic Trojan Expedition map (get your minds out of the gutter), is in fact a chance for players to join the classic assault on the city of Troy to retrieve the princess, Helen, who has been lured away by the seductive Trojan, Prince Paris. While making a number of puns would be too easy (can I resist?), we'll just explain what the new map offers.
The map is divided into two parts, the Beach Assault and the City Assault. Players will face some stiff competition on the beach in the form of three Trojan men...err Heroes: Archer Pandarus, Warrior Sarpedon and Prince Lycaon, while the city is guarded by the two princes: Paris and Hector. Players will need to beat each boss individually to spawn the next, who will then appear with their army of Trojan men. Defeating your enemies will cause them to drop their load of loot that includes some nice rewards such as Exp Pills (are they blue?), profession recipes, and the powerful Achilles Rage. All kills will be added to your personal and guild's score.
