Heroes of the Storm: August 22 Patch Notes

In a new update, Blizzard have delivered an array of changes for a variety of Heroes (12 in total). Chromie receives some damage tweaks, Kel'Thuzad some much needed Talent changes, and Raynor another round of nerfs. Full notes here and Heroes who received changes below.
