Heroes of the Storm: PTR Patch Notes and In Development

New notes, plus an In Development post showing off all the new goodies that are set to arrive soon.

There's a new patch on the PTR that features the release of Deckard Cain, as well as significant changes to Genji. Alongside this, there's a new In Development post which shows some lovely new avatars and skins. Oh, and a bit of datamining shows two awesome skins for Gul'dan and Alarak.
