Heroic Opportunities (HOs) and Combat Wheels (CWs) got you confused? I certainly was the first time it popped up. BZInfinity's article on the subject helps take the intial confusion out of the picture by explaining in simple terms how to use them efficiently and not break the chain. We've called it "Heroic Opportunities Summary", and it's now linked in the left-side menu.
