This just in: The complaint system for Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa will be down tomorrow morning. NCsoft will be performing maintenance to make your petition and bug reports more responsive.
Our in-game petition system will be down for a brief maintenance starting at 6:00AM Central tomorrow, June 11, 2008. During this time, support tickets such as in-game petitions and /bugs will not be received causing a delay in response time. These tickets will be queued and responded to as soon as the maintenance is complete.
