After getting feedback on the way blindness turns off the names of
friend and foe alike, Samera announced a change:

Good news about
blindness gang! We're going to change it (NOT FOR MOD
3) so that you will still be able to see your friend's names while
blind, but you will not be able to see enemy names while blind. It's
going to take a little while for us to get this change in so I repeat -
blindness is going in as noted here for Module 3, but will be adjusted
in a future update.
