Quarion lets us know there's going to be slight downtime while they check the oil.
Maintenance Downtime: Tuesday, February 13th, 8am-1pm EST
The game servers will be down Tuesday, February 13th, from 8am until 1pm Eastern time for maintenance. During this time, players will be unable to login or play the game. There will be no release notes for this downtime, as it is maintenance only. The Risia not be up during this downtime.
