A simple and polite request has been made on the official Dungeons
& Dragons Online forums by Community Relations Director Calandryll:
Hey folks,
Regarding lost items in the auction house. We are currently
investigating this issue and for now, we ask that you do not contact
customer service if you lost an item. We will post here again next week
once we have more information.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
