Floon Beetle has given a little more information on his current project - the design of the Heads Up Display. He is experimenting with eliminating floating panels in favor of a fixed information strip below the main window. Results so far have shown that this arrangement gives less of a feeling of having your vision obscured than the floating windows do. Read the full text here.
