NCsoft and Carbine Studios Reveal WildStar at gamescom

Carbine Studios has been teasing us with details about their secret MMOG project over the last few weeks and today they lifted the veil on their new project at gamescom with the reveal of WildStar, the first project from the California-based studio.

According to today’s press release, WildStar will offer players a chance to play as Explorers, Soldiers, Scientists or Settlers to lay claim to a mysterious planet on the edge of known space. The press release states that the combination of race, faction, class and path will present players with “unending surprises, mini-quests and challenges, ensuring that their experiences are fun and fresh.”
