NCsoft Details Aion "Faction Incentive Program" as 2.5 Heads to PTS

There have been several concerns from Aion players regarding faction balance on certain servers where it seems that they are just too outnumbered to put up a fight. NCsoft is initiating a new "Faction Incentive Program" with the launch of the 2.5 update to try and help grow the populations on North American and European servers through race creation, server transfers, reactivations and certain incentives for specific servers. Some of the incentives proposed include: Balaur Abyss Takeover, Asmodian Creation Incentive Packages, Gateway Getaway Events and Fortress Siege incentives.

The Balaur Abyss Takeover will take place on all servers and will essentially reset all fortresses to Balaur owned with the launch of the 2.5 update. Other events will be selected on a server by server basis. Check out the official announcement for all the details of each event.
