NCsoft is doing some corporate shuffling with several people moving to new positions.

NCsoft®, the world’s largest developer and publisher of online computer games, today announced two promotions within its global family. Robert Garriott is leaving his post as president of NCsoft’s North American business and moving into a role of global business development and planning. He’ll remain in Austin while working closely with NCsoft’s CEO Taek Jin Kim in his new position.

Garriott’s position will be filled by Chris Chung, currently the vice president for worldwide product development. Chung has a long history with NCsoft. He began his tenure at NCsoft subsidiary, ArenaNet®, where he managed that studio’s business and helped launch the highly successful Guild Wars® franchise. Chung later went on to become the chief publishing officer for NCsoft’s Seoul headquarters.
