Although much isn't known about the next Hero to be released for Paragon, Crunch - as named on his armor in the teaser image - was datamined some time ago. There's no known skills, but he's expected to be a melee fighter that brawlers will enjoy.
There's also some neat little concept art over on the Paragon Reddit that shows his portrait (which was leaked) alongside what he could look like. Take a look below. His reveal should be in the next 48 hours.
