Paragon: v32.1 Arrives Tomorrow

Tomorrow marks the arrival of Paragon's newest Hero: Kwang. Alongside this, there's yet more changes to Towers (notably a further reduction in their health). For the full notes, take a look below. 

Welcome to our V.32.1 release notes. Kwang is now playable! You can check out his announce blog for all the info on his abilities and announce video. We also implemented the final part of our initial round of match length changes as well as various fixes for VFX and tooltips on Heroes.

Tower/Structure Health Reduction
We reduced the health on the Tier 2 towers, inhibitors and cores with the end goal of reducing match times. These changes should allow players to more successfully destroy towers, and affect the time between inner tower and inhibitor destruction. The changes also represent our latest round of basic “map based” changes; we might still adjust the values, but our upcoming rounds are focused on player power and gameplay feel. For further context check out our match length blog!

We are committed to observing these changes over the next week and understand that they are very impactful to gameplay. If there are large negative impacts on gameplay and game satisfaction we will address these changes quickly.

New Weekly Card Pack
In our newest weekly card pack we have the Oasis Key which is the community pick, providing health and mana regen when you are near harvesters. Tele-Blink, one of our Epic Rare cards, is also featured in this week’s pack providing you with a blink charm on a 15 second cooldown with the limitation of costing 35% base mana. We round out the pack with Chrono-vore which provides cooldown reduction and attack speed.

AGORA

Match Time Improvement Initiative Reduced T2 Tower Health from 3500 to 2500. Reduced Inhibitor Health from 3500 to 2500. Reduced Core Health from 6300 to 4500.

AUDIO

Amber collection audio should no longer overlap. Announcer now correctly announces Quadra and Pentakills. (Get the recognition you’ve earned!)

Lifesteal numbers now correctly pop for melee heroes.
