Patch 2.3 Details: Easier Leveling
Nethaera has posted on the official WoW forums some Patch 2.3 tidbits, including the fact leveling will be made easier by reducing requirements by 15% from level 20 to level 60, several areas in Azeroth will become non-elite, and quests will receive an experience boost!
We've also added approximately 60 new quests in Dustwallow Marsh. This should help players who find themselves lacking quests in the 30-40 range.
