The latest patch has hit the Tabula Rasa Live servers! Boy, is it a big one. First we've got the Holiday content. Then the portable waypoints, and armor/adrenaline/power chargers are available at your local vendors. Partial Respec is up, and Military Surplus has hit:
You can now buy and sell items from/to other players via Military Surplus. At this stage you should be able to browse existing sales, make a purchase, and place an item for sale.
