If there was any doubt that the Xbox One boss was a gamer or not a tweet by fellow Xbox executive can put the debate to rest. Mike Ybarra shot off a tweet containing a screenshot with Phil Spencers Destiny game time which clocks in at over 346 hours. If you do the math, that's over an hour a day since the game released, no easy feat for a guy running one of Microsofts main divisions which we can only assume takes a good chunk of time.
