Raid Lock Out Issues

Caydien, a Blizzard rep, has announced that Blizzard is doing its best to correct several raid ID issues:

We're aware that there have been some outstanding issues with Raid IDs being shared amongst a large number of people through certain actions, and our team is actively working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, there is a workaround that has alleviated the problem for a majority of players.
