The first new Souls coming to RIFT since the Storm Legion expansion will be making their way to the MMORPG with Update 2.7. One of those new Souls is the Arbiter, a mage tank donning cloth armor and a shield. While the Arbiter may wear weaker armor, they can utilize wind, lightning, and ice to create defensive abilities, allowing them to tank on the same level as Paladins, Riftstalkers, and others.
