The servers are down this morning for Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa. Patch 1.7 is being applied to the Live servers, and is taking a bit longer than expected according to notes in the NCsoft Launcher.
Maintenence Extended 4-28
We are extending the maintenance window this morning as we are applying the 1.7 series patch to the live servers. We do not have an ETA on the extension, but we are working to get the servers back up as soon as possible.
