Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has opened registration and extended its "Early Bird" pricing offer for attendees of this year's SOE Fan Faire through May 31st. The All Access Passes are now available for $119.00 and includes access to developer forums, panels, roundtables and comes with goody-bags and giveaways.
