Looks like dual specs are coming soon and Blizzard has put up a Q&A about them. Be sure to read this since it'll affect everyone in the coming updates.
One of the new features that will be popping up in the game in the near future is the ability to "dual-spec," or have two separate sets of talents that can be easily switched between as the situation requires.
