The Teamfight Tactics patch scheduled to release on July 17th is not the same as the version currently being played on the Public Beta Environment (PBE).

Regarding TFT on PBE: We're pretty quiet because we're constantly watching/reading/listening to all the feedback and prepping to act on it. It's keeping us ULTRA busy. We are definitely aware though, and are prepping changes. PBE's current state will NOT be what goes live.
