Its been a busy first year for En Masse Entertainment and TERA. The online action RPG headed to beta earlier this year with some rather amusing marketing MMO-FO videos starring one Bas Rutten (aka Bad Ass). The official launch came on May 1st with a series of updates that included the addition of new battlegrounds and the Argon Queen to follow. But even with fresh content coming on a regular schedule, you cant rest on those laurels for long if you want to stay afloat in the MMOG realm.
In TERAs end of the year update, the En Masse offered a taste of things to come in 2013, starting with the Crucible of Flame, which will improve rewards based on difficulty and efficiency at clearing dungeons and the Champions Skyring for PvP fans. Champions Skyring will offer a new three vs three battleground to compete in that bars the use of consumable items and uses the Elo rating system.
Additionally, players can also expect to see two new reputation factions, a streamlining to the crafting and gathering system and a number of other changes.
