The Secret World (TSW) has reaches its first birthday and rampaging monsters have been invited to the party. One-year ago today Funcoms conspiracy-themed MMOG officially launched to ignite the secret war between its three factions. This week theyll all come together again for a birthday bash and to defend Gaia from rampaging monsters.
For the next five days, TSW players can earn bonuses during the anniversary event and take out some of the new rampaging monsters to earn special anniversary loot. Bonuses for the event include:
Double XP: For the first two days of the event everyone can claim a potion in the Item Store which doubles XP from monsters for 8 hours. The potions can be claimed once per account every 24 hours. Double Ability Points: For the next two days every time you earn an Ability Point you also get an additional one as a bonus! This stacks with the bonus from Timed Ability Point boosts from the Item Store. Double Skill Points: For the last two days every time you earn a Skill Point you also get an additional one as a bonus! This stacks with the bonus from Timed Skill Point boosts from the Item store available to those who have defeated the Gatekeeper.Read all about the anniversary event page for more details.
