Turbine has just announced new details for their upcoming expansion to

10 – Reign of Madness.
This update features the Reign of Madness adventure pack and continues
the psychotically insane storyline begun in Update 9. Players can look
forward to entering the Insane Asylum of Stormreach to protect the
innocent from malicious harm. In addition, the crafting beta expands
