We're only two days into the official release window and already some crafty players have discovered an exploit that yields unlimited caps to the wastelanders that pull it off. The exploit involves some slick manouvres with buying and selling ammunition at a vendor. For the full explanation of the glitch, Gamezone have put together a comprehensive walk through but here's a quick look at how it works.
Find a vendor that is selling ammunition and choose an ammunition type. Select all of that ammo for purchase but don't finalize the deal, instead go to your inventory and return 1 ammunition to the vendor and accept without finalizing. Then open your inventory again and sell back all of the remaining ammunition. If you've done it correctly, you should be left with one glitched stack of ammunition that can be continuously sold back to the vendor until they are out of credits.
It's a sneaky way to make some caps, but if it can be accomplished using simple in-game tasks it's as good as legitimate.
