The free-to-play transition for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes doesn’t appear to have drawn in as many new players as SOE would have liked. In an effort to consolidate the community of players and increase the population, SOE has announced that Vanguard’s Halgar and Telon servers will be merged down to one on April 4th, 2013.
To help address questions relating to guild names, character names, and more, SOE has posted a brief FAQ for the upcoming merger.
