How important is video game culture and how different is it around the world? This is what an article I came across today attempts to look at. Even without mentioning WoW it would be worth reading, but through everyone's favorite MMO in the mix and the article is pure gold!
Since the majority of the population (in China) cant afford a PC equal to the task of playing these games (or even a net connection of suitable speed), internet cafés have become something of a haven for Chinas gamers. This has also created a trend directly inverse to much of the rest of the world.
